While in St Louis, several people kept mentioning this thing called toasted ravioli. It seems that this is a St Louis thing. Who knew? A police officer that I spoke to recommended Fratelli's. I tried to go several times but the place was crowded until Sunday when I finally caught a break and found a seat at the bar for dinner. Persistence definitely paid off in this case because I had the best meal that I have had since my son grilled steaks for me. The toasted ravioli with marinara was a total delight and the huge lasagna that they served was fantastic. You can tell that their meals use fresh ingredients and haven't been setting in a warmer all day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and ensure an enjoyable experience. If you are ever in St Charles (just outside of St Louis) this is a place that you must try. I will be back next time I am in town.
Fantastic!!! Wonderful food and service. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. My cousin & I met Laura (owner for 40 Years) Friday night. She was so nice we felt like we’ve known her for years. We bought their amazing dressing to go! We ordered the baked mostaccoli and tortellini and a side salad.
The food here was delicious and the restaurant was clean! We arrived after 8 and still needed to wait for a while. Food is definitely popular! If the server could bring some water on time, it would be perfect since the sauce was a little salty. Despite though, they still deserve five stars.
Highly recommended for Italian. Great food, wine and service. We ordered the Toasted Ravioli for starters, Chicken Alfredo and the Baked Mostaccioli! Wish we would have saved room for dessert!
Its astonishing how long Fratelli’s has been serving St Charles with rock solid food. The staff is always kind and attentive, the pizza and salad with creamy Italian dressing never fails to impress. The new remodel is so bright and inviting we always make plans to come back before we leave. Over 20 years of excellence and keeping relevant is quite the task. Fratelli’s makes it look easy.
